When we decided we were ready to build on our family farm there was only one person we even considered to do the job. Randy Summerlin has an excellent reputation, and our experience has exceeded that.
We met several times during the planning stages and he provided us with a lot of helpful ideas and suggestions. Randy is very organized and every detail of the house was laid out for us.
From start to finish, he was in constant communication with us. We would email him constantly with different questions and he would always respond in a timely manner. He never made us feel like we were asking too many questions.
We thought this process would be overwhelming and stressful, but it was quite the opposite. There are not enough words to describe how blessed we have been during this experience. We owe that all to Randy Summerlin. A combination of his experience, honesty and integrity makes him such a great contractor and person. We know we have a well built and beautiful home and we couldn't be happier.
